Keto Overnight Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


200ml almond milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

Optional: Natvia Natural sweetener


1. Mix chia seeds with almond milk and cocoa thoroughly. Leave in the fridge overnight.

2. After refrigerating, mix with your favorite keto-friendly sweetener or add toppings such

as nuts or coconut flakes.
