These low carb lasagna cups made with Qetoe Lasagna Sheets are perfect for meal prep, parties, or lunchboxes. High in protein, gluten-free, and ready in under 30 minutes — they’re cheesy, hearty, and 100% guilt-free.

Ingredients
- 3 Qetoe Lasagna Sheets
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup cooked beef or veg bolognese
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- Olive oil spray
Directions
Boil Qetoe lasagna sheets for 1 minutes until flexible, then cut each sheet so it can fit into the muffin tins.
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with oil. Line each muffin hole with 2 overlapping lasagna squares.
- Add a spoonful of ricotta and bolognese into each cup. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 180°C (fan) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
