Ingredients:

 

  • 200g Qetoe Low Carb Pasta
  • Loads of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 150g fresh spinach, chopped
  • 150g blue brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Cook the Qetoe spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the spinach and toss to combine.
  7. Add the blue brie cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined.
