Ingredients:

* 1 carrot
* 1 celery stalk
* 1 onion
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 100g Pancetta, diced (it’s the secret ingredient)
* 500g ground beef & Pork
* 1 cup red wine
* 2 cans tomato puree
* salt and pepper to taste
* Qetoe Low Carb Pasta

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the carrot, celery, and onion.

2. In a large pot, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Add the diced Pancetta, ground beef, and pork, stirring to break up the meat pieces as it cooks.

3. Add the chopped vegetables to the pot, cover it and cook until the onion becomes transparent, stirring occasionally.

4. When the meat has browned, turn the heat up to high, add 1 cup of red wine and cook for about 20-30 seconds until the alcohol has evaporated, and the liquid has reduced.

5. Reduce the heat to medium/low and add 2 tbsp of tomato paste, 2 cans of tomato puree, salt, and pepper. Gradually decrease the heat to the lowest setting, cover and let it simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, ensuring that the mixture does not boil.

6. Cook the Qetoe Low Carb Pasta (or any other pasta of your choice) according to the package instructions.

7. Serve the meat sauce over the pasta and enjoy!
