This LOW CARB Creamy Marinara Penne with Prawns & Scallops is an indulgent one-pan dinner that brings together sweet seafood and rich tomato cream sauce. Tossed through Qetoe’s low carb penne, it’s cozy, comforting, and totally keto-friendly – perfect for seafood lovers.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Qetoe Penne
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
- ½ cup thickened cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 200g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 150g scallops, patted dry
- Salt & pepper
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs
- Optional: lemon wedge, parsley or basil to garnish
Directions
- Sear Seafood: Season prawns and scallops lightly with salt. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sear scallops for 1–2 mins per side until golden, then set aside. Sauté prawns until pink (2–3 mins). Remove both.
- Aromatics: In the same pan, add garlic and onion. Cook until soft and fragrant.
- Sauce Base: Pour in marinara and herbs. Simmer 3–5 minutes. Lower heat, then stir in cream and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Combine: Fold in cooked Qetoe Penne, prawns, and scallops. Toss gently until coated in sauce. Let simmer 1–2 mins to bring everything together.
- Serve: Finish with black pepper, chilli flakes (if using), and optional herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
