Qetoe Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Qetoe. We do our best to get your order packed, dispatched and on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Qetoe orders Australia-wide.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150.

For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within [1–2 business days] after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During major promotions, new product launches or particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:

• Metro areas: approximately [2–5 business days]

• Regional and remote areas: approximately [3–10 business days]

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events and other circumstances outside Qetoe's control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

Authority to Leave

Depending on the delivery service used, your parcel may be left in a safe location if nobody is available to receive it.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them during checkout where available.

Qetoe cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to follow all delivery instructions.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hi@qetoe.com.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped we may not be able to redirect it.

If an order is returned to Qetoe because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, could not be delivered, or the delivery details supplied were incorrect, we will contact you.

Additional postage charges may apply if you would like the order shipped again.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Occasionally parcels may experience delays while in transit.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be significantly overdue, please contact us at hi@qetoe.com with your order number.

We will work with the delivery carrier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged products

• Photos of the shipping carton or packaging where relevant

International Shipping

Qetoe currently ships internationally to New Zealand.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

International delivery times can vary considerably depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Changes to Orders

Because we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted.
