Qetoe Low Carb Penne turns the Netflix-famous Baked Feta Pasta into a lighter, protein-packed comfort meal. Cherry tomatoes, creamy feta, garlic, and olive oil bake into a sauce that coats every bite of gluten-free penne — simple, delicious, and ready in 20 minutes.

• 1 pack Qetoe Low Carb Penne (200 g)
- • 200 g feta cheese block
- • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
- • 1 garlic clove, minced
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
- • ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- • Salt & pepper to taste
- • Fresh basil leaves to serve
Directions
- 1️⃣ Bake the sauce: Pre-heat oven to 190 °C. Place feta in the centre of a small baking dish and surround with cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic, salt, pepper, and optional chilli flakes. Bake for 15 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- 2️⃣ Prepare the pasta: Soak Qetoe Low Carb Penne in boiling water for 5–6 minutes until al dente. Drain.
- 3️⃣ Combine: Mash the baked feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce. Toss through drained pasta until evenly coated.
- 4️⃣ Serve: Top with fresh basil and a grind of black pepper. Enjoy immediately while warm and saucy.
