This Garlic Butter Prawn Rice is rich, buttery, and full of flavour — but stays completely low carb thanks to Qetoe Low Carb Rice. A fast and delicious summer dinner ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients

• 2 packets Qetoe Low Carb Rice
- • 400 g prawns, peeled & deveined
- • 2 tbsp butter
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
- • 3 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- • Juice of 1/2 lemon
- • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- • Salt & pepper, to taste
- • Lemon wedges, to serve
Directions
- Prepare Qetoe Rice by covering both packets with boiling water and letting sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chilli flakes; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add prawns, season with salt and pepper, and cook 1–2 minutes each side until pink.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and toss through parsley.
- Serve prawns over the Qetoe Rice and spoon remaining garlic butter over the top.
- Finish with extra lemon wedges.
