These Bulgogi Beef Noodles are sweet, savoury, garlicky and super comforting — made low carb and gluten free with Qetoe Noodles. A fast, flavour-packed weeknight dinner with a glossy bulgogi sauce.
Ingredients

• 2 packs Qetoe Low Carb Noodles
- • 1 tbsp neutral oil
- • 400 g beef strips (sirloin or rump)
- • ½ brown onion, thinly sliced
- • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- • 1 small carrot, julienned
- • 2 spring onions, sliced
- • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Bulgogi Sauce:
- • 2 tbsp soy sauce
- • 1 tbsp sesame oil
- • 1 tbsp allulose or erythritol
- • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- • 1 tsp minced garlic
- • 1 tsp minced ginger
- • 1 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce (optional, adds depth)
- • ½–1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Directions
- Rinse Qetoe Noodles under warm water and set aside.
- Mix bulgogi sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add beef strips and sear until browned (2–3 minutes).
- Add sliced onion, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the bulgogi sauce and simmer for 1 minute until glossy.
- Add the rinsed Qetoe Noodles and toss well to coat.
- Finish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
