This crispy beef noodle stir-fry gives you all the takeaway vibes without the carbs. Qetoe Noodles stay bouncy and satisfying while the beef turns golden and crunchy around the edges. A fast, flavour-packed low-carb dinner.
Ingredients
- For the crispy beef:
- • 250 g beef strips
- • 1 tbsp soy sauce
- • 1 tsp sesame oil
- • 1 tbsp cornflour (keeps crisp — still low carb across whole recipe)
- • Pinch of white pepper
- For the noodles & sauce:

• 1 pack Qetoe Low Carb Noodles (200 g)
- • 1 tbsp oil
- • 2 garlic cloves, minced
- • 1 small onion, sliced
- • 1 carrot, matchsticks
- • 1 cup shredded cabbage
- • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- • 1 tbsp soy sauce
- • 1 tsp rice vinegar
- • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- • 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Crisp the beef:
- Toss beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, and white pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear until the edges go golden and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Prep the Qetoe Noodles:
- Drain and rinse the Qetoe Noodles. Pat dry with paper towel — this helps them stir-fry better.
- Stir-fry the veggies:
- In the same pan, add garlic, onion, carrot, and cabbage. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Add noodles:
- Toss in the Qetoe Noodles and stir through for 1–2 minutes to warm and coat in the aromatics.
- Add sauce:
- Pour in oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, and sesame oil. Toss to coat.
- Finish:
- Return crispy beef to the pan, toss everything together, and cook 1 more minute until glossy.
