Juicy garlic prawns tossed with Qetoe Noodles and zucchini ribbons for a fast, fresh, low carb stir-fry that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients

1 pack Qetoe Low Carb Noodles
- 250g prawns, peeled & deveined
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add prawns, season with a tiny pinch of salt and 1 twist of pepper. Cook until prawns turn pink.
- Add zucchini strips and toss for 1–2 minutes.
- Add Qetoe Noodles and stir gently to combine.
- If using, sprinkle a tiny pinch of chilli flakes (just two fingers’ worth).
- Squeeze lime juice over before serving.
