This fresh, tangy prawn noodle bowl features Qetoe Low Carb Noodles — soft, springy, and 90% lower in carbs than regular noodles. Tossed with lime, chilli, and garlic, then finished with fragrant coriander for a vibrant summer meal that tastes indulgent yet stays light.
Ingredients

• 1 pack Qetoe Low Carb Noodles (200 g, ready to eat)
- • 200 g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
- • 1 garlic clove, minced
- • 1 small red chilli, sliced
- • Juice and zest of 1 lime

• 1 tsp Qetoe Low Sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce (optional, for sweetness)
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish
Directions
- Rinse Qetoe Low Carb Noodles under warm water, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chilli; sauté until fragrant.
- Add prawns and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
- Stir in lime juice, zest, and (optional) Qetoe Low Sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce.
- Add noodles, toss gently until coated and warmed through.
- Plate up and finish with a generous sprinkle of fresh coriander for colour and aroma.
