LOW CARB SWEET CHILLI CREAM CHICKEN PENNE

This sweet chilli cream chicken penne blends Southeast Asian flavours with classic creamy pasta comfort. Made with Qetoe Low Carb Penne and Qetoe Low Sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce, it is rich, glossy, and weeknight-easy without the sugar hit.
Ingredients

1 packet Qetoe Low Carb Penne (200 g)
- • 400 g chicken thighs, sliced
- • 2 tbsp olive oil
- • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- • 2/3 cup thickened cream

• 6 tbsp Qetoe Low Sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce
- • 2 tsp fresh lime juice (or to taste)
- • Salt and cracked black pepper
- • Fresh coriander or parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- Place Qetoe Penne in a large heatproof bowl, cover fully with boiling water, cover, and soak for 5–6 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain well.
- Heat olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add chicken in batches and cook until golden and cooked through. Season lightly.
- Reduce heat slightly. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and Qetoe Sweet Chilli Sauce. Stir and gently simmer for 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened.
- Add lime juice and adjust seasoning to balance sweetness and acidity.
- Add drained penne and toss thoroughly so every piece is coated and filled with sauce.
- Remove from heat and finish with herbs and optional lime zest.
