1 packet Qetoe Rice

300g chicken breast, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

250ml chicken broth

100ml cream

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
Add minced garlic and sliced chicken breast to the skillet; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add in the dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the Qetoe Rice to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavours.
Fluff with a fork and taste; adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
