1 packet Qetoe Rice

500g chicken breast, diced

2 tablespoons butter

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

2 teaspoons garam masala

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup diced tomatoes (canned)

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander for garnish
Directions
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the garam masala and paprika, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the diced chicken and stir until coated in spices. Cook until browned all over.
Pour in the diced tomatoes, add salt to taste, and simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened.
Meanwhile, prepare the Qetoe Rice by covering it with boiling water and letting it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff before serving.
