Enjoy this rich and creamy garlic beef pasta made with tender beef and low carb Qetoe penne. Perfect weeknight comfort food, quick to make and packed with flavour.

Ingredients

200g Qetoe Low Carb Penne (or your choice of pasta)
- 450g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for depth)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- 1. Cook the Pasta:
- Prepare Qetoe penne according to the package instructions (boil for 5 minutes, then turn off heat and let sit for 1 minute). Drain and set aside.
- 2. Cook the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and sear for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 3. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
- In the same pan, add a little more olive oil if needed. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits. Pour in heavy cream, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
- 4. Combine Pasta and Beef:
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat well. If sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water or broth. Return beef to the pan and mix everything together.
- 5. Finish:
- Stir through grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
