These LOW CARB Garlic Butter Chilli Noodles are rich, spicy, and insanely moreish — made with Qetoe’s thick, udon-style noodles and ready in just 10 minutes. Keto-friendly comfort food at its best.

Ingredients
- 2 packs Qetoe Noodles (200g each)
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds to serve
Directions
- Prepare Qetoe noodles: Rinse well, drain, and pat dry.
- In a pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add chilli flakes, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Toss in the noodles and stir to coat completely in the chilli garlic butter.
- Serve warm with green onions and sesame seeds.
